Seed Partner Meeting 2025—Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark
Bayer Corn States hosts an annual event celebrating its Seed Partners, which I’ve designed for the past two years. From initial concept development through on-site execution, I oversaw every stage of the project—collaborating with print vendors, stage designers, and interior design teams to bring the creative vision to life. I worked closely with an internal team that includes account service, a motion designer, an associate creative director, and a copywriter to ensure every detail aligned with the overarching concept. Each year, our team presents three concepts for the client to select from; This year’s selected event theme centered on legacy, partnership, and stepping into the big league of seed traits.
Seed Partner Meeting 2025—Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark
For SPM 2025, I rolled out the selected concept—designed by the team's ACD—into deliverables including window clings, an LED wall with rotating videos, can coolers, baseball caps, mood boards for evening events, motion guidelines for partners, email headers, a Powerpoint template, branded key cards, maps, agenda handouts, cocktail napkins, cocktail signage, lighting direction, and audio.
With an all-new team this year, I became a key point of reference throughout the process, helping guide concepting and collaboration with partners. The final direction chosen by the client evolved from my original mood board and early concept work.
Exploratory Concepts
In response to the client’s request for a baseball-inspired direction, I developed two alternate concepts exploring distinct visual and messaging approaches. The left-hand concept leveraged Corn States' new brand patterns to convey dynamic motion, incorporating kinetic typography to emphasize teamwork and taking decisive action for the success of the business. The to the right focused on the theme of collaboration, drawing visual inspiration from vintage science textbooks to evoke curiosity, discovery, and the shared pursuit of progress.
